SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

Took a friend, father and son (Southern Tier fisherman) out Saturday. Kyle had never caught a trout or salmon in his life.

Set up in 60 heading northeast form sandy and hooked up a nice 10+ steelhead as a starter for Kyle.

After his first success he was ready for a big boy. I was glad his dad shared in his experience of his first king salmon 30 plus about 10am in 105 FOW. Would make a nice wall mount but I don't think dad will spring for it.

I think Kyle likes downrigger fishing now. Dad took our picture.

Didn't fish Sunday but of course the lake conditions changed but managed a few fish Monday morning.
