Gasoline leaks at the tank fitting

The fittings sold by West Marine continue to develop leaks at the tank. After changing half a dozen female fittings, I installed a different male connector on one of my tanks. It worked and I feel the problem is in the male connector sold by West Marine as it cuts the O rings with sharp edges in its machining. So replace the leaking connectors with OMC factory parts and save yourself a lot of headaches.

Yup...most stuff from west marine is over-priced junk!
