SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Found some tips on the forum about the Airmar transducer. Installed one this week, and now I can see again! It's awesome compared to my dead Lowrance transducer. We marked a lot of fish from top to bottom until we got out past 140', then it got quiet for a while. Started moving back in and picked up a 25 pound king in 80' on a dipsy 300' back.

We marked a lot of fish, and tried from top to bottom with spoons an SD/fly combos. They just did not seem to be cooperating. I even tried bouncing bottom for lakers for a while. Had one small one pick up a dipsy, but dropped him.

I was glad we waited till the afternoon. It was very fishable. We are heading back out tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully things will pick up.

Tight lines everybody, and enjoy the holiday weekend.
