Rod clamp kit/parts for a Daiwa Sealine SG47LCA...

Anyone know where to pickup or order below parts for a SG47LCA reel? looking for the rod clamp, clamp bolt & clamp nut that are on the saltist reels, but again for a SG47LCA reel. See below pdf link.
