Replacing boat Carpet with Vinyl

Does anyone know where I might get someone to replace the carpet in my 18.5' LOWE with marine vinyl? Any idea what a ballpark cost might be? That with take more skill and patience than I can muster. Seems I saw a post about this once, but can't seem to find it. I live in central PA, so the closer the better.

Big water, I know this isn't what you asked for but I have an 18' Starcraft that I ripped the carpet out of and had my local Line-x guy spray in bed liner and couldn't be happier.

Big Water, I tore out the carpet out of my 18FT sea ray then I fiberglassed the floor it was in good shape then I bought a gallon of rubberized paint(from Cabales) it comes in different colors, you just roll it on they also sell the floppy roller and it looks like a pro did the job! it's nonslip and cleans up with a wash down real easy and doesn't brake the bank. Just a thought of mine, hope this helps? PAP from PA.
