Wouldn't do it myself deer bones tend to splinter and thats not good, if splinters get cauggt in dogs throat or digestive tract. But if ya want to about an hour or so if pretty meat stripped at around 350 degrees should be enough

We raise cows, I looked into what to do with the bones on google it said not to cook then because they get brittle, give them to dogs raw. Tge first cow we had butchered I got the knuckles, they sat in tge freezer for 6 months before I found someone that wanted them. Since then I don't bother getting dog bones.

Best bones are non-weight bearing bones that are raw. My dogs eat 100 pct raw and they love the Deer bones.

You can feed the weight bearing bones but I'd supervise. The guy above is right, never cook a bone you give to a dog.

A friend picks up some sheds each Spring , & apparently the dogs love them, they don't splinter, & last forever. They also sell them in some pet stores in Canada. Might be worth a try.
