SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

We decided to make another trip out on the big pond when we received a request for some pics of our boat in action and some video footage. After nearly sinking the boat to start the day (helps if you put the plug in before heading out :$ ) we headed out and set-up over 90 fow a little west of port. Set the first rigger with mag green penguins (main line and a slider), then started to get the second rigger ready when the first popped! Boated a nice 12 lb coho. 8) Thought it was going to be a great day, but proceeded to wash lures for a while before our 325 wire took a shot on a white with purple tape spin doc pulling a UV blue fly and we boated another coho about 10 lbs. we would then continue a slooooooow grind with a shot every now and then, missed a few short hits, then boated a small brown. We marked quite a few fish, but just couldn't turn them on. We did hear that there were 5 kings caught off of the pier, so there are definitely some sharks sniffing the skinny waters!

A huge **THANK YOU** goes out to Warren's and Kyle for taking action shots of us with the new decals!! We'll make sure to credit you for the pics that end up being used!! ;) Looks like this was the last trip for us on the big pond this year, now we're gearing up for the influx of perch into the bays next month!! :clap: Time to switch from heavy action rods to ultra-lites!! 8)
