heading out to cayuga sun for some trolling as this is my first year with trolling boat i am learning many new things about fishing that i never new in was wodering if anyone has any tips or reports for cayuga going out of south end and hoping to get into some ll or browns i generally seem to not have a prob finding lakers but ll and browns are elusive to me what should i be trolloing with and what water temp should i b targeting any info would b great thnx

the south end should have plenty of browns around this time of year. we got into some last year around this time down near the yacht club on the west side and also on the first drop off on the south end. i wouldnt worry so much about temp but instead concentrate on marks and bait on your sonar. fish small spoons....

Call your local Japanese restaurant and see if they will buy your lamprey eels? At least you can put some $$$ in your pocket!

what speed should i try to get at the ball for browns ? are dipsy's still hot this time o0f year? worked pretty good with flqasher s earlier for lakers? thanks
