Introducing deep water ciscos mean we need 1000' coppers to get to those fish feasting on them now. :(

We would use ciscoes that were attracted to our lanterns at night while fishing for blue pike. A dip net would catch them and they would only last about twenty minutes in our bait bucket because they needed cold oxygenated water for their survival. The blue pike favored them over the emerald shiners probably as they provided more energy.
