Ok, so the butcher messed up. He made a bunch of chop meat instead of leaving it in pieces for me to cut up in strips to make jerky in my smoker. I guess he thought I was going to use a dehydrator.

Now I need to go to plan B and make dehydrator jerky. Anyone have a teriyaki recipe for that?

So I ended up using Hickory Hi Mountain spice & cure and put it in the smoker, added Hickory chips two times and left it in there for 6 hours. Yumm!
