Taken from Mondays Palladium-Times (Oswego paper)

Department of Public Works Commissioner Michael Smith has requested an Administrative Services Committee discussion regarding setting the rental fees for the seasonal boat slips at Wright's Landing and the Oswego International Marina for the 2013 boating season. He would also like to include setting a rate structure for season slip rentals for charter boats.

I know what this means :@:@

I'm sure if they increase the slip fees at Wrights Landing, it will be to support the top notch security and dock attendants. Maybe even purchase a can of spray to kill the centipedes in the bathhouse. (I must admit the centipedes are better entertainment than a magazine) Any increase in slip fees will = the red dock with one less SEARAY and sharkey, On The Lam, Home Office, Whiskey Man, Double JJ, Addiction, Bare naked George a.k.a Nix Besser, John and Lucy, Two rods, terry and terry, Spiderman, and lucky dog, and whoever else I forgot, looking for someone else to entertain them both day and night.:no::no::no::no::beer::no::beer::no::beer::no::beer::no::beer::no::beer::no::@

Would the increase give us locked gates on our docks along with crapper paper that does not require you to use the whole roll “Stole this from Gray†:rofl::lol: You are probably right Gray, a lot less slips filled. That is a tuff one Jim, beer fund CANNOT take a hit!:no::beer::no::@:@

ok guys, stop making rumors, a red dock boater and resident of oswego

checked it out and called saying "no increase in dock fees". hopefully they

just have to set the fees every year and that is the reason for the meeting.

What rumor!

Todays Palladium-Times "Marina fees likely to change in 2013".

Most of the changes are for International but there are some for Wrights.

Just got off the phone with a person in the know at the Waterfront Commission and the word is Wrights will see NO changes. International will see changes/increases so to be in line with Wrights fees. So stock up on beer n tackle!!!
