We recently spent a few days fishing on the Bay of Quinte for large walleye. This is a brief video showing some of the walleye we caught during one of the outings. While in the Bay we fished with Aaron from Canadian Trophy Fishing Adventures and Mike from Salmon Fishing Charters. Both are very competent, knowledgeable and friendly charter captains. We're looking forward to the ice season and will definitely be paying the Bay of Quinte a visit when it freezes. Part 2 of this walleye video contains footage of a 12 and 15.5 pound walleye. To be posted soon ...

Hope you enjoy!

You are welcome!

We fished this area for four days in early November, & only caught 3 eyes. Marked a ton of fish, but not many biters on our trolled baits. We thought that the fish were not in yet, or that there was too much bait.

We worked the area from the ferry crossing to the power plants to the East, trolled the shorelines, & the middle of the reach (covered the entire area). Another indicator was that we were the only boat out most of the time with a few other boats off & on. I was told that when the eyes were in, the area is very crowded. We had the whole place to ourselves most of the time.

With the water so low, launching was very tough!
