Just wondering what everyone's go to color is for trolling on the finger lakes, and if you had to choose between UV spoons or regular spoons which would you choose / think are more productive?

I have one spoon that produces over all the rest i have, It's a carbon 14 (magnum) made by moonshine, I can be on the lake all day using all kinds of spoons with nothing bitting, Put that spoon on and bang!! I call it my go to spoon. I have a stick bait that always produces too, Thunderstick jr #1 purple and gray, Hard to find them.

UV spoons worked all the time on lake O this year. Michigan stringers were #1. Got some Dreamweaver for this year to try. We had days where the UV spoons were the only things that would take strikes. Caught browns to salmon and everything in between. Always had one out in the spread everyday.

R&R has great UV colors and clearcoat :yes: I like the orange and the magenta shad on Cayuga. Both in the razor and the superlite sizes.

My UV dipsey wire diver was very active last year on silvers, will be adding more UV dipsey divers this year. It did not matter if I had a spoon or FF on the UV dipsey, it just got hit a lot more.
