cutting boards!!

anyone know of any place that you can get a bigger piece of cutting board? i need a piece minimum or 30''x30'' and want a min. thickness of .250 (1/4''). looking for plastic ones - technically high density polyethlene. i would really like to find a place located in ontario but i will go stateside to buffalo area

Cabela's sells some nice ones. I have a 3'x4' that is great for large fish.

If you are in the Rochester area, Curbell Plastics on 100 Aviation Avenue sells High Density Polyethlene. You should find what you want. They stock 48" x 96" sheets. Phone 800-953-1978.

They also have offices in Syracuse and Orchard Park.

Look for starboard. Its FDA approved and easily available. Maybe not the cheapest thing on the market but cheaper than stainless. That's what I would get. No leaching chemicals and very easy to clean restaurant grade plastic.
