Crestlilner sabre leaky cuddy?

I have a crestliner sabre hard top which leaks into the cuddy cabin. We sealed all around the outside of the windshield/windows with silicon caulking last year but it still leaks just above the side windows. Any ideas on how to stop the leaks or where it might be coming in? The headliner is out of the boat but I still cant seem to pinpoint the leak.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the hull to deck joint behind the rub rail. My new Baha leaked into the cuddy after I sealed the winshield and it was that joint. Took a year to find it.
