Tow Line On Mast

Wonder how long your tow line, on your mast has lasted you ?

 

Thinking of changing out for the season,

200# spectra on one side 5 years still going, may replace this spring.

250# mono on starboard, 3 years still going

Used Dacron in the past, lasted about 3 years.

Agree with captain Carl, Dacron is good for about 3 years, never had any break, but it's cheap enough why risk it. The black flies can make it look ugly pretty quick but still functional.

I have had my Power Pro on my mast for 5 years now and it is still going strong.
