Hills Valleys and Streams carried them last year.  You could give them a call and ask.

HV&S does carry them. I was there today and bought the last two containers I saw, I'm sure they will have more in but I'd call to see when they get their shipment in. LJ

There is no oak leaf grubs in the southern tier. I'm going out tomorrow to get them my self.
