No bottom paint either.  I would be worried about the stringers or maybe a damaged/rebuilt transom?

But you never know until you look and ask those questions. It looks mighty clean.

I know a few charters out of Oswego that bought Yans that were in salt and so far so good.

Only thing I don't like about this model is there's not much storage down in the cabin and you'd need to be less than 6 feet tall to stand under the hardtop without hitting your head.

I looked at one a few years ago, a huge fishing platform but those 2 items turned me off.

If it was a C-Stalker, I'd be looking at it.

I emailed owner and boat only has 325 hrs., bottom paint done every year and is now removed,

all work has been done by authorized mercruiser marina. This is a nice looking boat.
