WTB - GPS or Combo

Looking for a GPS unit capable of accepting chips (or downloading capabilities). Must have 240 x 360 pixels minimum and I'm willing to get a GPS/fishfinder combo too.

Not looking for a handheld as I already own one of those for ice fishing. Looking for a permanent fixture for my boat.
