I have never fished Naples creek and I want to know what flies are good to use there. If your a fly fishermen please PM that would be great thanks

Nymphs.  In addition to the above list.  Lots of old standards work great, prince, hare's ear, zug bug.  Bead heads.

How bout a jensen egg on a #2 hook, oh and don't forget to have 3 oz of split shots... lol jk. Can't go wrong with egg patterns. Otter soft milking egg is deadly!!!

I do not fly fish but from what I observe they use weighted wet flies with 30 lb mono instead of backer line and tippet when the water is this clear.  Unfortunately, Gill-T is probably spot on.  I would wait until after the mad rush is over.
