Another new Canuck

Hi Guys,

 

I just found this site and it looks great. I grew up in the Niagara area and did alot of fishing in the Niagara river and many of the southern Lake Ontario tributaries. I currently live near Midland on Georgian Bay but I still have family in Niagara. I am hoping to get back down and try a little downrigging in Lake Ontario (and Erie). Currently in the process of rigging my old 17' Sea Nymph with a set of old Big Jon electrics. Still lots of ice on the inner bay near Midland, might even go ice fishing for lakers tomorrow up on Lake Rosseau (Muskoka's). Can't wait for open water.

Thanks, I didn't make it out on the ice. My buddies just texted me, they have 4 lakers on the ice already and it is only 10:00AM.
