So I've been trying to understand Mexico and at times it seems to go left out of the launch seems like a good Idea and right maybe too. Heard there's some rocks on the right that'll take a lower unit right off? With spring browns coming in I just wanna better my chances hugging the shore, any thoughts would be helpful!

either way can be productive...yes there are buoys on right as you go out get past them and swing back in (sage creek area )

to the left in front of the beach it seems water is low in that area as well( as are most places on the lake) be sure to go wide around to the left as well

we never moved a rod til catfish creek fri or sat

good luck

Thanks! I tried today but my boat malfunctioned with a crumbled livewell hose /:(

Keep some plugs in the boat for all your fittings so you can plug them if this happens.  Cheap insurance policy.

There are some ugly rocks just to the right of the river as you come out into the lake.   The tops may be out if the lake is low.
