Perch Fillets.....

Flour / Egg Wash / Italian Bread Crumbs / Deep Fry.....

Arrange 2 layers of fried perch on a plate...

Coat the top layer with hot spaghetti sauce....

Cover with shredded provolone... maybe a little parmasean...

serve with a side of angel hair pasta and sauce....

Won't be any leftovers.....
