A little windy out on the piers in Olcott so we moved into the harbor. Turned out to be a good decision as Tyler hooked up on his fifth cast with a fire tiger shad rap.

I was kind of surprised, only one boat out there. The water is chocolate milk in the harbor but there is a great color line in front of the piers, and another in about 50'.

He got a 14 lb steelhead, a 21 lb king, and a couple hog lakers last yr on our boat. We just don't usually fish for browns. After having this fish for dinner, I might have to rethink this. It was phenomenal. Right up there with the Cohos
