Does it have any deep scratches or dents? Can't tell from the pictures but looks clean. Would you be willing to ship to the U.S.? I would be willing to pay a bit more for added shipping.

The reel is very clean. There is a small scratch that is almost invisible on the top. there are no dents or significant scratches.
