Bear Creek Launch

Anyone used Bear Creek launch in the last few days?  I need to launch my 27' Sea Ray somewhere to get it to my dock in Pultneyville.  I draw about 2.5'.  I wonder if I could get it in there and into the lake w/o problem.

I helped "Limit Catcher" launch there a couple Sundays' ago. The dock wasn't in, but all went well.

Only small boats can get in....dock not in yet. Water still a little low yet as on 3 days ago.

I just talked to the town and they said they are putting the docks in today.

YAH  they are putting in the docks, although i have no problem tying off against the breakwall.  Regardless, I have a 22 foot Penn Yan i launched out of there on Friday and there is enough water.  Its shallow by the breakwall, but 3-3.5 foot deep and a sandy bottom, so with engine up, it was fine. Channel was 6-7 foot deep on the near side to pier (west side of channel).  You should be fine!

hughs marina might be a close launch to pultnyville for you just a bit east of there

 hey!  i launched  my  28 trophy outa there a month ago now and  i draw  around 18 inches  and the  outdrive  but it was plenty deep enough then!   just the usual hump about  half way through the channel heading out but should be good.  and where    are  you docking at p-ville?

Put it in at Bear Cr. today and all went well.  Plenty of water.  Thanks for all the input.
