Be aware...... yesterday, a tow-vehicle window was smashed out as a couple of fishermen were out on the lake. Nothing in the vehicle to take, so they took the registration and owners manual.......??????

My truck was broken into a number of years ago there also. They stole my change...

They were parked in the main lot on Westphal at the Parkway.  I saw the pile of glass there this morning.

Do you have to pay to park there?

If so,they should at least have a security patrol every so often.

It is a free launch.  Boarder Patrol is there all the time.  More than likely happened early in the am.

My buddy had his 14ft trailer stolen from his truck while we fished! Probably over ten years sho

It wasn't my vehicle, but I spoke with the gentleman who owned the truck....... Happened in the middle of the afternoon when they were the only vehicle in the lot.......Border patrol is there quite often......So, hopefully they'll be caught....... one way or another.

My brother's car was broken into on on 5/14 there and registration, insurance card and owners manuel was taken. Be careful if your house keys were taken. they would know your address

Interesting, last year some douche nozzle folded my passenger side front bumper in and drove away. Is there a higher class of fisherman hanging out at Sandy ????

Here's what some bozo managed to do to my van last summer with their trailer in the same parking lot and it stinks now I also have to worry about coming back to a broken window    Would be nice to at least see the BP start resting up in the main lot

Would it be to hard for there to be cameras in these lots that police could use when things happen? They sure can send me a ticket in the mail for not coming to a complete stop in Rochester!

you and I had the same f-nut hit our cars the same way. Except he did a lot more damage to my truck. Bumper was a 1/2" from my tire

Sucks there are people breaking into cars at a launch. I too wish they'd put in cameras.

Big brother only watches you if he can outsource it to a for profit company.Boat launches are not profitable  to watch.
