New to LOU

Hi:

 

I'm a novice at fishing on Lake Ontario. I'm on north shore out of Pickering, just east of Toronto. I have an 18' Smoker Craft, with a couple of Big John Down Riggers. I was out a couple of time last year with out much luck, but I'm planning on spending a lot more time this year. Just put a new Evinrude E-tec 90hp on my boat so I'm going out tomorrow to check out the motor and get some fishing in.

 

Would appreciate any advise on FOW to start at and lure choice.

welcome aboard as im new to been fishing in oswego doing pretty good on browns and lakers a few steelheed. been fishing around 100 to 150 fow. went 9 for 13.
