I need help please!

I just bought a boat with riggers and rod holders. I am in the Army stationed here at FT.Drum. I am from the Midwest and would like to get help/advice on catching browns,salmon, and Lakers up in this area. I have all the gear spoons flashers/flies and sticks. Would like to stay close to this area. My boat is a 16ft blue fin. Don't really know where to start. Have read a lot and trolled with no success, I am from the Midwest and not used to this type of fishing at all. Would like to see if anyone would be willing to tell me where to put my boat in and where to fish. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks for taking time to read this post.
