I am going to rig up my 2 DD setups..30 class okuma reels. I am going to fill them both with superline. What diameter superline should I look into. I understand the flea situiation and needing 30LB diameter, but I only am gonna hit lake O once in spring and once in Summer..

Having a hard time finding 30# Fireline of 300 YD spool

I use 50# power pro. Works fine. Fleas stick to it but you can snap them off pretty easily. Thought about trying that Slick power pro. Might be better...

Not so sure if 300 yards of 30lb fireline or power pro will fill an Okuma 30D. I've got 150 yards of 30lb big game under 1000 feet of wire to fill a 30D. Line counters are more accurate when the spool is full.

The 500 yd spool of 50 lb powerpro fills a Daiwa 47 size reel perfectly.
