Howdy all,

I launched out of Emerson Park around 6:30 am.  Took a 20" rainbow and a 10" rainbow on bright spoons on the top.  Later had a double on 20" lakers on the same spoons 30 & 40 feet down. Later in the morning, I did a 15" laker on a green silver spoon 40 feet down.

The better screen was on the south end.

A little on the slow side, but it beats working !

They both came early. Seems as if when the sun got up a little, they shut off . I wasnt able to locate any type of thermocline..Probably a little early in the year for that.

Rusty, we marked a themocline about halfway down the lake about 70' down. Happened to be in the same area where we found good bait and good fishing... This was memorial weekend when the north wind was cranking for days. Managed one small brown, the rest lakers. best, mark
