East of u this am for a couple hours. Late start at about 9:30am. 52 on top 46 down 50. 90 to 100 was best screen. Bait and Fish on bait from 25 to 60. Small brown 33 down on 42nd spoon. Laker on a mixed veggie on the 3 color core. 2 for 2 disappointing given the bait and fish we were marking. Good to be out tho.

I left the chut this mornig about 515 headed NE   i set down in 100' and ran dipsey down 60 feet pulling moutain dew/chrome sd with a green and white atomic fly off of the port side. i put the rigger down on the starboard side down 40ft pulling dw seasick waddler magnum.   I ran 3 color leadcore line down the middle pulling a deep diving storm thunderstick in uv chartruse and pink.  i was alone so 3 rods was all i could run.  i headed NE til i hit 250' then turn around and trolled south.  when i made the turn to south i took a laker on the leadcore about 5 lbs.  got to 130ft then took another laker this time on the dipsey just after changing to a white fly.  i trolled into 80' then i started getting some good screens   at 75' i took another laker on the leadcore this time pulling mixed veggies in stinger size.  set the leadcore back out then the dipsey started screaming i grabbed it thinking this had to be something besides a laker but when i got it to the boat it was a 12lb laker.  as i was netting this fish my leadcore started ripping again but by the time i got to it nothing was there.  by this time it was noon and i had stuff to do so i called it a day
