I am new to lake ontario united but have been following posts for a while.. Fished north past Deans cove yesterday evening pulling copper with twin minnow, limited out in less than an hour with my last fish of the hour being a slob of a 10 lb 33 " laker.  Catching them from 30-60 fow.  It had been pretty slow until this past weekend, but it seems they are getting in shallow and things are really heating up.

Thanks for the report.  Glad you found some good fish, it's been tough for us as well as others.  May have to try a bit shallower next time!
