Outdoorsmen, help me ID

Hey Guys, saw this SOB in my Garage yesterday.  What kind of spider is it?  any help would be great, thanks!!!!

I could be wrong but It appears to be a Dark Fishing Spider (Dolomedes tenebrosus) with the dark rings on its legs. Close to the widow but no worries unless your a fish!
