Bass fishing in Mexico

I was wondering if anyone has has any luck for bass in Mexico this season? Taking the boys out for the first time this weekend. Any advice is appreciated.

Hit a lot of Bass last time out 2 weeks ago.

Trolling stickbaits off the boards.

8 ft of water or less.

Caught 2 this morning from the yak trolling a joint rapala for 40 minutes before work right in front of mexico point.

I have been doing well on bass and northern pike in Sandy Pond lately.

Went out of mexico point this morning from about 9 to 1130 caught 3 nice smallies. Biggest was 3.5 lbs.

Took the kids out Thursday of last week drifting medium shiners in from of catfish creek. Did really well, except my little one had trouble setting the hook. Also saw big schools of bait in shallow, don't know what they were, but it was a big black ball of bait.
