Big bucks and a big W-2 form.....

 

Actually a big 1099. Then if the check was in Rick's name only he will be fed taxed for probably 28% and State for another 8% maybe. About $10,000 to the IRS and maybe $2500 going to New York State. Still, Netting $23,000 isn't too bad : )

In talking with some tax professionals the best thing to do was to 1099 my teammates. The whole thing is in my name, but I was able to 1099 3/4's of it.

C'mon Paul you know he believes Calcutta's jinx him. I heard he learned from Pacific Time Todd. LOL. Also if he got in he'd have taxes to pay on that. :lol:

I never heard of a W-9, but that what I got in the mail from the orleans pro-am. Not a 1099.

You will get the 1099 in january.
