Placed an order over the phone today and I need to say, what a class act and customer service!!!  I wanted the spoons by Friday and Bob offered to drive an hour to deliver them because they might not be ready and shipped to my home by Friday and I don't drive up past him to Lake Ontario.  Great Product and Great Customer service.  Let's keep Bob's business growing!
