did you hit the reset ?

Many things it could be I have a number of mag 10a's and 2 marlins , they are almost the same , one's motor is faster and the Marlin has a nice decal................ the next step would be a repair man $$$$$ or take the cover off and check things out....... the lexan motor housing  could have broke at the pivoit point for the motor shaft.......wires could be loose or  lost connection...... switch could have gone bad.....

Do you have two riggers ?

If so plug other working rigger into where the one that doesn't works hooks up............

You can also use the workings riggers switches to check the other one out..............

Is it a short-stop ?

Check your power cable out carefully for cracks and wire breaks I've had to replace mine twice. The UV does a job on the old type. The new ones are much more sturdy  but they are about $150 a pair.  Also check on the positive lead to the battery to see if there is a fuse and if it might be blown or if hooked up via block see if breaker has tripped or wire is loose.
