Frame for marine chart

We rented a cottage in S. Carolina that had a marine chart on the wall

in the bathroom. They did it as a laminated, then apparently glued

to the wall. Thought it looked awesome.

So, I bought a chart, and now need to hang it. Would prefer a frame, and

Wmart doesn't have one that big...and I don't want to cut the chart if I

don't have too.

Anyone know of a source for such a frame, or have a suggestion? Would love

to get that chart up on the wall!

A local Frame shop should be able to build a frame and get mounted for you

I know some craft stores like AC Moore's or Michaels carry frames and can even make a custom sizes if they don't the right one. Another place to look is Christmas Tree Shop. Just find a picture and frame the same size and just replace the picture

Good places to start. I went to a frame shop a few years ago to have a Lake O map framed for my folks and it was pretty pricey. Don't get me wrong - it looks great and will last a long time, but I would start at the above places first next time.
