8-2-13 report on Seneca

Launched out of sampson with a buddy of mine. Started the day on the west side using spoons and sd/fly. Picked up around 3lbs bow on the wire dipsy mag 3 setting 250 ft out. We picked up a few small lakers on the 60-90 riggers in 120-150 fow. A couple of ladies friends (one who has never trolled before) wanted to go around 5 so we took them out and headed south outta Sampson. Caught all our Fish on the 78' , 88, and 98 rigger just off bottom along with a small brown. Ended the day 12 for 16 1 bow 1 brown and 10 lakers. Threw em all back besides one laker that was stocked.

We all had a blast! wish we could of picked up a landlock and got the grand slam.

very strange that's why I went into a little detail on it. Still wish we coulda got that landlock tho

Nice....... what size was the small brown around 10" ???? I have not got into any they ussally stock them in April ,May !!!

I would say so not much bigger and just off the bottom
