well maybe this lake is coming around finally. launched w/ my buddy around 5:30 (north end) thinking we really didn't have much time close to 6pm when we started setting up, we fished the northern end of lake 60-75fow all night. soon as we had 2 lines in the water boom fish on. he gets it in 3 1/2lb laker. finish setting up. one of my poles hits reel him in 4lb laker. then slowed down for about an hour. my friend has another hit we get it in boat 2 1/2lb small mouth ended up with one small laker after that called it night... overall went 4 for 4. all fish caught on mono line w/ dipsies and the lures pictured below. not sure of the names. except smallie that hit on flasher fly combo

Good going....not the easiest lake to have success on lately  but it pays to be persistent. Keep hammering away at em.

I guess we have to keep at it and hope that things get back to "normal" at some point. This has been an odd year all the way around.
