Went out early this mornin markin fish from 90 to 140. In 210 ft using green atomic fly with green spin dr and green spin dr with some meat and a big dipsey at 300.... Didn't even have a hit anyone got any suggestions

Suggestion would be to target the marks, cant go wrong with that, throw a spoon out too, try glow, black as well.  Might have some currents from the blow this past week, might have to move around with speed, you might be fighting some currents and not realize it.

May be more (or at least AS ) important to fish the marks right now through the Fall. They can be all over the place when they start homing in on their intended spawning place.

Speed is eveything. If you don't have down speed throw out a thumper to see if you have any action or too much, on your flashers.

Thumper- wire line or braid, pound ball with a dodger gives the best read on the rod tip.

What waters are you targeting? I was told to start in 120 fow and look around. Hit a North south troll and head deeper till I started marking.

Everything I've heard is plenty of in-active fish  in 120-200 fow.Active fish are out deeper(250-400fow) and a little more scattered.Scattered but hungry.Should be good soon, once the shallower fish turn on.
