Great to find this site. I fished the lake in 80's and 90's with my father. Lucky Strike out of Mexico Pt. - 245 Penn Yan. Those were the days. Memories are cherished. Been back now and again chartering. Be safe all. May you have calm waters and screaming lines.

Im New to this site and to trolling.just bought boat last year and am looking ffwd to my first time out trolling for salmon and steelies.had to wait for the fish to move in a bit closer.so Sunday im gonna head out from ft Niagara and give it a go..ive caught 100s from the stream but never trolling.. so thanks for all the great information on here.. fish on boys.. n girls

New to this site , not new to the lake ! Had a summer home on the salmon river for about 15 years . Had to sell, taxes to high . So now I just trailer the boat to pine grove launch , can't stop fishing the lake
