the inside mic's to 27/32nds ,13/16ths should be the insert size

Ray, I think you got screwed by the guy who sold you tthe booms!

I have a boom end which I ground down to fit into stainless booms which are 6 footers. They can be ground down to your size. I will send it to you, no charge let me know. they are about 1 " dia. now
