Finger lakes flies

So being a bit new to the flasher fly game and seeing how many people use them on the finger lakes I have a question on fly size. The standard atomics or g-flys seem a bit large for lots of the FL fish, does anyone use scaled down versions or do the big flies seem to work just as well as they do on Ontario? Anyone ever make there own smaller patterns with success?

They work just perfect. Atommik white halo, white halo glow, packer, crazy b, hammer are all great pulled behind white green dot spinny and chrome green dot! Good luck.

I have only used them on Cayuga and Seneca.
