the mouth of the salmon river

Can anyone tell me if the fishing picked up by the mouth of the river or over by the plant.

^{In front of the plant was hot Mon . night after the storm at around 6pm to 730 went 2 for 3 with my kids on the rods  8 & 12 . Fished 100' of water all 3 came on dipsey white  & chrome green dot SD with a hammer fly 250 out}
