New to area - saw lots of activity after 7:30 off Irondequoit 65' down in 110' last night. Had J plugs off dipseys down 45' and downrigger down 65'. No hits, wondered if they bite after dark.

Read the above post they are telling you, Glow dodgers & Glow spoons, Glow thundersticks  anything glow, I had a lot of luck with Rattle Traps Kwik fish, Hot & TOT

get yourself some moonshine lures "bad toad"..."double trouble"...glow j's with rattles.....charge them in bright light,presto fish on!!!  have fun.....

When throwing hardware at night, is fluorocarbon needed?  In Ohio I steelhead fish at night in gin clear water with no fluorocarbon drifting jig and maggots, and I do quite well.
