[Just Fishin']

Took advantage of the continued great weather and fished the river from the pier heads to the O'Rourke from 7-10 am. First, what a gift of a morning- weather couldn't have been nicer for my taste. Have had a long couple weeks after losing my Dad and nearly losing a brother-in-law, so getting out on such a nice day was badly needed and a real treat.

Saw 15-20 jumping fish for the morning and landed a 25lber that we hooked while on the west side, in front of Pelicans. Ugly fish with little fight but that is the time of year. Caught on a surface stickbait, back 120'.
