Thought I would wait til after the moon set to get out...bout 3am got out on the toon..caught 1 22" 4.2# eye quickly. And a lmb that was 5.7 #! That was all until I gave up at 630...water temp still 60..think the bite is stuck in a rut until we get some weather changes

Im coming up tonight bout 4am and gonna fish till afternoon...couple hours of walleye and then bass with cody.  im gonna troll as it gets light and Ill find out if they just aren't coming in close.  My upflush pump for my basement went last night so I have a rather unpleasant task ahead of me today....should be even worse than the river lol!  The tank is full obviously and the pump has to real pleasant after 20 years... I better get started...vicks is the key for this job.

I was at the causeway around similar time, I saw a pontoon coming through probably yours. I got blanked by the eyes just bass. Might give it a break for a few days. And again no alewives until after the sun comes up.
