Lower falls

Hey I'm new to forum and just wanted to introduce myself with a good fishing report!

I was born and raised in western NY but left for GA when I was 12 and have missed the fishing ever since! I decided at last minute to come up to fish and my guide was my little nephew who was 5 last time I saw him (he's 30) so it's been awhile sinced I fished for kings! Well let me tell you guys we fished the lower falls(cave side) Fri and then the marina Fri night! Out of probably 20-30 hookups I landed ZERO lol! I learned that day how unprepared I was! So on Sat we went back and from noon till 10:30pm I must've hooked I to 50 fish and landed 7! I know you all are not impressed with the stats lol however I had a blast and will be better prepared next time! I'll be back in spring for the trout so hoping to meet some folks on here and learn some good areas and techniques come spring! Loved it!!

hooked up quite a bit. just out of curiousity,... what kind of set-up were you using?,,

We used skeen! Tried lures but only foul hooked when we did but, they were hitting the skeen just floating it with egg sinker!
